Ok so I bought a pair of these rings for my wife and I on her ring there is a key on the men's ring there is a lock both have a gem in them and they are titanium my wife and I didn't have a lot of money and so we used these as our wedding rings. On Nov 3rd 2015 my wife passed away and I outgrew then lost my ring when my necklace broke I was so happy to find this ring again and this means I was able to get a bigger size that would fit my middle finger.
